well to me they are has been if they are no longer making movies or television show well they are out of the picture

Unfortunatly, Yes they are still "comnsidered" celebs even though their not around anymore, cause people (like me) still remember watching "different strokes" although I prefered the chick, of to which also falls into this catagory
