It is ignorance.
Sex is the most sacred feeling in human body. The best entertainment the Creator built into us in creation.
Hinduism is the only culture (it is not a religion) that had this wisdom.
I am not a Hindu in religious sense.

India is not the only country in the world without sex education. A country in which sex education is there does teach what is in Kamasutra. So Kamasutra is nothing special.
It is just one aspect of life about which no education is required for an Indian. The population growth is in geometrical progression in India.

The only sex education that should be taught is to be a good boy and girl and stay a virgin till your married. The bible says to be virginal till your married. And to have a holy marriage in which a woman will take care of the house and a man defends the woman and house and go to a christian church every Sunday. That is the kinda sex education that should be taught to have a pure republic.

well kamasutra evn khajuraho rnt they just 2 old.we are in a different millenia now and things hv changed. Now Sex is bad.We dont evn take d name loudly. It's more of a purdah culture now.But instead of blaming it on others. We sud start sex ed. at home.Parents sud teach children.& we hv 2 understand sex ed. doesnt mean teaching kamasutra positions. It's abt changing this ugly attitude abt sex.To realise tht sex requires emotional bonding and maturity.Tht it's beautiful.Tht it's d best way 2 communicate our love as human being & not a way of hving fun 4 tht matter.& b4 asking y there is no sex ed in India.let's ask ourselves r we ready 2 give 2 2 our children or young ppl who need it?If d ans. is yes thn tht's real sex ed. & it sud start with us.Dont just ask do sumthing abt it.

I still say blame it on Ghandi. His teachings galanized the nation, and he was a strict moralist as it related to the treatment of women.
