2 ways--- light shadow w/ dark eyeliner and black mascara or go with brown eyeshadows and liner w/ black mascara...the brown will make the color of your eyes really pop ! Use a light lipstick, so the focus is on your eyes more than your lips. (If he loves your eyes, your lips aren't far from there. ö¿ö ) Don't use any blues or greens in shadow or liner, because they'll fade your eye color to nothingness.

What you want to do is pick a feature and have it brighten your face. If you want the attention drawn to your eyes, then highlight them. Apply eyeliner at the base of the eyelashes on the eyelid. Never at the botom. That makes your eyes look smaller. Always use black mascara. Wear clothes that make the color of your eyes outstand. In case of using eyeshadow, make it blue tones, and never use red or brown lipstick. That will draw attention to your lips rather than to your eyes. Use subtle tones on lips like pinks or corals. Better yet. Just use a simple lip gloss and let your eyes do the trick.

I think purple eyeshadows and bronze eyeshadows would contrast with your eye color just enough to make it "pop". I think turquoise eyes are gorgeous! Try a smokey purple eye (MAC makes some excellent purples) or for an easy, simple look apply a golden bronze to your lids and blend well. Urban Decay's Baked eyeshadow would look awesome on you! Choose a peachy or bronzey lipgloss to match. NARS Orgasm is my favorite peach lipgloss, and NARS Orgasm blush is also amazing and both would look great with Urban Decay's Baked eyeshadow. All three products can be found at Sephora.

Rose colors will pop the blue, green for green and peach for hazel. Almay makes it really easy...they have a whole makeup line for each eye shade. It's all color coridinated. (sp?) It works wonders...I have hazel eyes and use it all the time. I always get complimets. You should try it! Best of luck! Oh...and by the way...I don't think you're a loser....your eye color sounds amazing!

I'm a beauty consultant, and I get this question a lot. Don't use shadows that compete with your eye color, but instead - enhances it. In other words, don't use turquoise shade, but stick with taupes, or purples (depending on your skin tone), or pinks. Visit the Virtual Makeover on my website to find the right colors for you. Just choose a model who has similar colors to you. www.marykay.com/adina_k

So what if you don't wear anything but dark blue mascara on upper and lower lashes. Apply three coats, don't let it clump.
You sound like you have beautiful eyes, the color sounds mesmorizing, don't ruin spoil your look with lots of eye makeup.
If you must, thin liner on lower lids. Your eyes are already sexy.

Turquoise eyes are fantastic- warm brown- toward copper really gives an amazing dramatic look to the eyes. Copper liners are fantastic too. Also you can get an astonishing look with kohl black liner top and bottom.

your eyes sound really pretty to begin with, but if you want try using a color that contrast to your eyes...like purple. Itll make them stand out. smokey eyes are always a good look too.
