Some soliders lied about their age so they could fight but just because they were younger than the legal enlistment age doesn't mean they are still around.

According to my source (date is November 11, 2005), only eight people are still listed with the Department of Veteran's Affairs that recieve disability benefits or pension compensation from service in World War I.

Years ago, the Census Bureau stopped asking for data about World War I veterans. And using a report of 65,000 alive in 1990 the Veteran's Affairs estimates that only about 50 still remain.

that's achievable, yet not likely. As suggested, someone ought to have had to were born in 1903 (you could make it right into many of the branches then in case you lied. i imagine between the veterans nevertheless living became a trumpeter at 15). He likely would not were a veteran. also, there became a wide push to have a good time the efforts of that era and what they performed, so maximum of those human beings were noted. possibly some Germans or Austro-Hungarian who didn't want multiple credit for the conflict (extremely one for the mixed Empire, on the Hungarian part-that they had a million little ethnicities/nationalities that ought to were missed). yet back, i'd not guess my funds on it.

I hope you are not looking for an exact answer, but my guess would be only a handful.. World War I ended in 1918 which was 88 years ago (my how time flies..!!! **S**) and if you were, say, the minimum age of 18, you would be 106 years old now...
