not much you can do unless you have a lot of money. They are pretty muchly permanent. Cocoa butter may help a little bit but nothing i know of will get rid of them permanently. Sorry, walking and lifting weights wont help. You're skin was stretched and you cant change that. If you have a LOTTA money to blow, which i doubt you do, there is something called Stri Vectin and it's supposed to help a lot with fading them. Dont worry bout them. It's not a big deal. LOTS of people have them. Especially if you've been pregnant.

lol. girl i am right there with you. same age and everything, gaining weight even from excersising lots ( muscle gain ), can still cause stretch marks, but the only thing i've heard we can do is to get some cocoa butter and apply it, it will keep the skin well moisterized and help fade the marks...

Bicycle and lotion. I have always biked alot and my legs are beautiful. I used to use a self tanner as well, but now I nightly use Jergen's tinted lotion. Try it. Oh yeah, and don't forget the rest of your body, especially your face. Lotion is moisture. Moisture keeps wrinkles at bay. I am 47 and everyone always thinks I am in my 30's. When I was in my 30's, everyone thought I was in my 20's and when I was in my 20's well, no one thought I was old enough to drink or go to clubs. Many people asked if I was in middle or high school. Go with that. Finally drink lots of water, lots and lots of water.

Well....some women get them earlier than others....they make a wonderful stretch mark cream...now, it's for pregnant women but it works and you won't get them as bad. It keeps the skin soft and moist and fades the older marks. Go to your local Walgreens or CVS and ask for it....try it~ Good luck~

That just means your bones are growing faster than your skin is. They'll go away. I used to have stretch marks on my breasts when I was your age. My mom said they looked like stars. they're gone now. (just the stretch marks)
