some people are saying that if were not born before u 1991 then u cant drive until u r eighteen i was born in 1992 so does that mean that i cant drive or can i? wat is the year

I was born 1978 and was able to drive by 16 years old (1994)
I have never heard of that before...

That might be a law specific to your state. In Arizona the age is still 16.

Texas is 16 with drivers ed.,or 18 otherwise.You can get a hardship license at 14 here if you can prove that your hardship qualifies.
