My knees and ankles make a lot of noise when I walk up or down stairs. They don't hurt, just sounds awful. Does anyone know how to stop them from making noise?

Have you ever hurt these joints ?

Take it from someone with lots of bone problems....go to an orthopedic dr and at LEAST get them xrayed.

You want to
1. make sure the joints are ok, and
2. IF there IS a problem...you'll at least KNOW what you're dealing with.

I wish I had known BEFORE hand, that my ankles were going "out"....would've had surgery alot sooner.

Have no idea. I just know that when it stopped making the noise is when mine started hurting.

Uh...you mean like when you pop your knuckels? Well, I know when you do that you get fat knuckels...that's all I gots...wait, is it in the morning when that happens? 'Cause if so that's perfectly normal it's just your bones and joints getting back into the groov of moveing again.

I take glucosimine for that and it adds lubrication to the joints
