I am an adult in my late 30s. I don't believe in fairies (though I think I would if I grew up in a different part of the world, perhaps), santa (though I love the notion and teach it to my kids) or the easter bunny. I do believe in magic and angels.

My understanding of our natural is existence is that of energy spiritual beings in a physical body, supported by a divine universal energy that can only be described as magic, really. I think angels are friends not presently in the physical world and facilitators for our present journey into the physical world.

I guess for me personally, I am a sci fi fan and have never really had any patience with fantasy novels (the crazy names and far fetched fantasy existence in addition to our mundane existence on this planet). I think that is at the root of my disbelief in fairies - but I will always have a soft spot in my heart for Pan and the wood nymphs.

Peace!

I definately believe in Santa Claus. Fairies, I used to see them on Melrose Blvd in Hollywood (that's a joke son, I said that's a joke son!).

I don't know if I ever believed in fairies or not, but magic, magical things, yeah, even though reality has never made much of that happen.

One wants to believe. One needs to believe.

I wish I could say that I still believed in Santa Claus. I woke up on Christmas Eve to find my grandfather putting the presents under the tree. I was devastated. I did not even want to open my presents on Christmas morning.

I do believe in ghosts though; if that counts. Just had a few experiences.

Well believing is the best part of life. Whatever you believe in helps you live happily and if a person messes with her believes just to look better to others she is doing irrepairable damage. These dreams and believes were given to us and if they are a part of us they only support us - they don't make us kids. Being adult means standing for things that you feel are right and to avoid being wrong that's all there is to that. If you believe the place exists it does and it always will be reachable whenever you close your eyes. It is for me that way.

I believe in everything.
Santa, Fairies, Aliens, Ghosts, and Superheros (just to name a few)...
My heart tells me that something exists beyond our comprehension. It could be many things that we sense as an idea or just a feeling, but I know that something exists.
Your mind will accept what your heart can imagine. So imagine away. I do and I know that one day I will see what I believe in...whether I like it or not.

Sure I believe in fairies. There are a couple of 'em living in the apartment upstairs. I think they have to register with the sheriff's dept. ever so often.

i dont believe in that stuff, but i see no problem with it since most of that fairy/magic/fantasy stuff seems more likely than those fairy tales the religious nuts believe...
