Move to india, and become a citizen. Move back to usa and then you can get your grant to open up a gas station.

Research, research, research – this cannot be stressed enough. Read as much as you can about the process. Here are some book titles that are relevant:

You can get a buisiness loan from any bank.
Just write a nice note stating you want all the money in the cash drawer, then give the note to the teller.
You should be approved for about $2,467.
