wow, wtc69789, just wow ...

typical liberal to attribute every single success to Bill Clinton. don't mind that little tech boom that in your eyes legitimized his economic policies. never mind that in 1994 Republicans took over the House.

Wow. Amazing. People really do believe that President Bush is responsible for the terrorist attacks, and that it is his fault that we are in Iraq fighting terrorism! Would you rather we fight terrorism on home turf? If we weren't in Iraq right now, I can promise you, there would be alot more 9/11s in America. Clinton had the opportunity for the CIA to take Bin Laden out but Clinton wouldn't authorize it. Clinton made North Korea 'promise' that they wouldn't fire off any missles and then gave them what they wanted!!! As Carlos Mencia would say "Dee-de-dee"! Clinton was too pansy-*** to do anything to truely stop terrorism - you wanna look at 'conspiracy'? Look no further then Bill Clinton.

He didn't allow steel, copper and gas to reach all time highs. He kept us out of major wars. He built a surplus of cash for G.W. to give to his friends. He made Walmart a lot of money by allowing millions of illegal immigrants to enter and spend their money there. He allowed us to believe that as Americans, we could become rich like everyone else, and many of us did during the internet boom. He had great relations with the countries that hate us now. He could speak in a clear intelligible manner, and didn't appear to be reading a card. He gave respect to others and didn't expect it from others because he was the president. These things improve America by building relations with other countries. Would you travel to a foreign country now? Would you have when Clinton was in office.

He balanced the budget and America was respected respected around the world during his presidency. In my opinion he was the third best president in history after Lincoln and FDR. Even though Lincoln was a republican, back then republicans seemed to have liberal views and democrats were conservatives.

Bill Clinton did the best he could to improve America and many, MANY people were satisfied with the results. The REAL question you need to be asking yourself as well as others is this:

What have YOU done to improve America?

No One Died When Clinton Lied.

He freed up the liberals to act up and push their opinions off as facts. It paved the way for people like Michael Moore to create documentaries full of lies, mistruths and half truths while passing them off as fact.

No One Died When Clinton Lied:

The pharmaceutical factory employees killed when Clinton bombed it on faulty intelligence stating "faulty intelligence" led him to believe they were producing WMDs.

Tens of thousands of Serbians killed when Clinton bombed Serbia and Bosnia. A war we are still involved in, but the media avoids mentioning it anymore.

The hundreds of thousands killed in ethnic cleansing by Clinton NOT reacting to Croatia and Bosnia in a timely manner.

Should we continue???? Liberals forgot all of this.

Nothing! He sold us out to China, he drug our highest office through the mud due to his sexual exploits, his wife used his influence and office to mock the judicial system during the Whitewater scandal, he abused power through "Travelgate", and he consistently lied, cheated and stole. Now his wife is trying to run us through the same treadmill, using New York as her springboard. Let's hope Americans are too smart to buy into any more Clintonism.

Presenting himself as a moderate and a member of the New Democrat wing of the Democratic Party, he headed the centrist Democratic Leadership Council in 1990 and 1991. He was elected president in 1992 and 1996 with vice president Al Gore.

His domestic priorities as president included efforts to create a universal health care system, improve education, increase local police forces, restrict handgun sales, balance the federal budget, strengthen environmental regulations, improve race relations, and protect the jobs of workers during pregnancy or medical emergency. With approval from Congress, he raised income taxes in 1993. His most dramatic domestic move was the radical reform of the welfare system in 1996 in cooperation with Republicans who had taken control of Congress.

Internationally, his priorities included reducing trade barriers, support for the North American Free Trade Agreement, preventing nuclear proliferation, and mediating the Northern Ireland peace process and Israeli-Palestinian conflicts, and military intervention to end the Bosnian War and the Kosovo War. He engaged in air attacks on Saddam Hussein's Iraq, most notably in Operation Desert Fox, and funded efforts to overthrow Saddam.
