I want to spice things up with her, make our relationship fun, she loves the movie Dirty Dancing (the original one) and I'd like to be her partner but I don't have a clue on how to dance like that.

Take a class! Keep it secret though and then one day impress her! Or you can watch dirty dancing over and over and over again lol.

awww that's sweet. You sound like a great guy!
Try looking into taking dance classes (without her knowing, so you can surprise her on a date sometime).
If you can't afford the classes, then get a copy of the DVD and study the moves. If you do that, then invite your gf over for a nice dinner and movie at home. Put the movie in and tell her you want to learn to dance with her.
