There is a song "Going to the chapel and we're gonna get married". Don't know the artist.

The name of the song is "Chapel of Love" and it was written by
Jeff Barry / Ellie Greenwich / Phil Spector and performed
by the Dixie Cups in 1964.
Here's some info and lyrics:

It's not unusual for some folks to misunderstand the lyrics as the following link will show you::

Misheard lyrics (also called mondegreens) occur when people misunderstand the lyrics in a song.
For example, the Pledge of Allegiance is NOT:
" I led the pigeons to the flag of the United States of America"

Ummm...the only song that comes to mind that might be what your talking about would be a song that goes "going to the chapel and we're gonna get married...going to the chapel of love..." and I don't know who sings it.

I would suggest changing your question now because the only answers ur going to get are going to be about how you misquoted the lyrics. In fact, you might as well jsut make a whole new question.
