I love crocodiles and alligators. I love Steve and Terry Irwin of Australia Zoo. I think Animal Planet is wacked for taking them off the prime time schedule. I like the fact that they have been around so long and that something so predatory sticks around to raise it's young and protect them. I also find their mating behavior to be very interesting. They spend many hours carressing each other before mating. Alligators make the water vibrate. Alligators are solitary hunters and Crocs hunt in packs. There are saltwater and freshwater Crocs. There are also many varieties of the same basic reptile, depending on location. Many are highly specialized in regard to build and skills in regard to the type of prey they hunt.
