Love em. I have 3 so far and getting my 4th as soon as I get the money for it. That's the only problem with them... they are incredibly addicting!!!!
I just have to comment on a couple of the answers... as far as getting a job, yes it can be difficult if you are covered, have tattooed face, whatever, but that is why you have to have some intelligence when you get them. I make sure when I decide where to put them that they can be easily covered if they need to be, and I don't mean by tons of makeup, just regular clothing.
Second as far as the safety, just have some common sense. Don't just walk into any tattoo parlor and ask for ink. Check the place out first, make sure they are clean and dispose of needles properly. Then there is NO way of contracting any disease.

Yes I like Tattoo's, Ink, skin art. Do I like all tattoos no. I find that people that get a tattoo need to have a purpose, a thought, an inspiration behind it for it to fit the person and look good. It should be a part of the person, not a billboard for money. Tattoos were a taboo, a thing sailors would do. Now people of all ages and either sex will get tats, it spans all. Some people like to keep their tats private, others just give you a tease, and yet others proudly display for all to see. Don't pass judgment on those with tats for many it salutes the past and the love of others....

I wish I would have never got mine. Tattoos seem like a good idea when you are young or drunk, but you regret them otherwise.
That is just my own opinion. Some people have tattoos that look really nice. I don't think bad of people that do like them.

well I have 2..so yes I like them on myself...I would never get like my whole arm tattooed or anything.. but Im sure i'll get a few more in my life! yeah I like them on other people it wont like me someone more or less because of it.. but some people look better with them than others.. I have grown up with people haveing tattoos so its no big deal to me...:)

I like a couple or even several tattoos on a person but am not into the whole arm or chest tats. Too much action goin on. I have one and would like another but my husband doesn't want me to have another so I not gonna do it.

well depends if its one small tatto like a butterfuly thats cool but all over the body no I dont really like that but I would never ever get a tattoo

Yes I LOVE them I think its a pretty an fun way to express your self an how you feel just dont over do it to the extreme.

No, they make you look cheap. It is hard to get a good job if you have visible tatoos. Also you can get a serious infection at a tatoo parlor. My friend got Hep C and it almost killed her.
