Hi Nora,

I am sure of at least two free sites you could try. (I'm sure there are others, too.)

(1) www.iwin.com (formerly playsite.com).

(2) www.yahoo.com (click on the "games" link).

The Yahoo! games have more people there, so you can usually get in a game anytime. Before Playsite changed ownership more people used to play there than currently, but since it is free you might still check it out.

I hope this helps. Have fun!

MSN Gaming Zone is free. I don't know if it has quite as many people as it once did, but it is free and there are quite a number of tables in play, of varying skill levels, at any one time.

There is also Bridge Base Online--that is free, and the average skill level of the players is quite a bit higher than the Zone.

Between those two, I would decide based on how competitive you are. If you're very competitive, you might be comfortable with Bridge Base Online. If you are more a social or recreational player, you'd probably be more comfortable with MSN Gaming Zone. In any case, good luck to you, and enjoy playing wherever you are! :)
