You know that piece of skin thats under your tongue? Mine is further up and makes my tounge short. Is there anyway I can get it cut, maybe from the doctors or what not? I want to get my tongue pierced as well, and I think if I got it cut, I can get the piercing further back. Any ideas?

Yes - go to an ear, nose and throat doctor. They do it. It is called a frenulectomy.

Yes; you are what is called tongue tied- they can release this piece of skin and you will be able to stick it out further. And, the mouth heals very quickly so that shouldn't be a problem.

clipping the muscle under the tongue is real common. It is mostly done in children because it causes speech problems.
I would skip the tongue piercing. It looks cool when you are under 19, but if you ever want to be taken seriouly I'd skip that; unless you have a lot of money now, and don't have any respect for yourself.
Hey you could pull your pants down to your knees and show your underwear, that could help you look like a complete idiot. Would be easy to change if you decided you wanted to grow up one day.

Yes you can get it cut by a doctor. They used to call that being tongue tied.
