Just to add more info..
Candidates must have an accredited Bachelor's degree combined with a strong understanding and masterful command of the English language, and a genuine interest in the culture and people of Japan as well as in teaching and business. Japanese language ability and English as a Foreign Language (EFL) teaching experience are very helpful, but not mandatory. AEON employs individuals ranging from recent graduates to trained professionals. Although most of our foreign teachers are native English speakers, AEON still considers candidates from countries where English is not the primary language. To be considered, these candidates must have at least 10 years of education from schools where English is the primary mode of instruction. Positions are filled year-round on a monthly basis, and applications should be made at least two to three months before the desired departure month.
online application form can be filled. check their website.

Many different language schools have different requirements , I had attended seminars and some English Instructor were not a degree holder, still hired in language schools.. most qualified are Native English Speakers..

things are getting more easy here, every one has a good point, all the best for you to start looking for your future job in Japan.

Tha Bachelors Degree is required for Immigration to obtain a "Work Visa". Some of the bigger (and almost all the small ones) Ekaiwas here will except anyone as long as they have a valid Visa. I have been offered jobs at a couple of the "Big 4" but AEON was not one of them. I have a Spouse Visa but no Degree it's more a matter your Legal Working status. The link listed below will tell you all you need to know.

A 4 year university degree is required to work for any English school in Japan. It doesn't matter what it is in.

it is easier to find job specifically as a teacher if you graduated with B.A.they mostly hire teacher here with a bachelor.suggest to finnish your B.A. and then apply on whatever school you wish for.

All you need is a full degree (including the parchment itself, they won't give you a visa until you have it in your hand) in anything...

....including basket weaving, hahaha!
