Put them on CD-Rs and store them safely in CD cases. Make sure you categorize and label them. It will make it SOOO much easier to find things if you're looking for a certain picture. It's a very good idea to back up pictures just in case your computer ever crashes or you buy a new one. You can also store them on any photo site online (Yahoo, Photobucket, Shutterfly, etc). Then you can access them from any internet-connected computer in the world. Or do both (CDs and online).

You can save them to a flash drive or burn them to a CD/DVD. Some cameras, like HP come with a program they call a "Memories Disc" creator. That makes it nice slide show. You can also use "Movie Maker" from Microsoft (free) to make slide shows.

I would say save them to an online server thingy, or save them to a disc =)

get a memory card for your digital cam.there is your back up.
