So I hear that using tea bags can help for dark circles around eyes. Now I want to know if the tea bag should be hot or cold. I get mixed responses like boil it then put it in freezer, or run cool water over it - so which one is the correct method? Or just tell me how I should prepare the tea bags for my eyes.

They don't help with dark circles, but both chamomile and green tea bags can help with bags or puffiness under the eye. In this case, soak them in cool water, since cool also helps reduce swelling.
