Like, would Aryans just be a person who fit into a certain prototype of appearance? Or are they actually a certain race of people? And who are the descendents of Aryans?

Technically Aryans were prehistoric people who spoke Proto-Indo European, but is not normally used in this context now. Commonly the word is used to portray blonde, blue-eyed Caucasians, when origionally the word applied to a very different class of people.

Not a race but certainly a tribal group.
Contrary to popular belief, they are not white people. The name Iran comes from Aryan (though you should call Iranians Persian)
The real Aryans were from Central asia, but they spread out about 3000 years ago, down into Northern India and out into Western Europe. This is how the Indo-European language group is thought to have spread (why Sanskrit and German and many of the languages between are part of the same language family).

Aryans are actually a tribe of people. They migrated to what is now Iran, and developed into the Persian people.
Hitler's version of the Aryan race was completely off, he was actually in favor of the Nordic race.

Aryans are a nomadic tribe. I don't know. They roamed Arabia and Central Asia during the time of the Assyrians and Babylonians.

Iran and Iraq are names that decend from Aryan. They lived in the Indus valley and darker people mixed with them until they no longer were identifiable as a sub-group.

I am of northern German ancestry and I have blond hair and green eyes as does my brother, but with blue eyes. All of our 6 children have very blond hair and fair skin.
I suppose we are Aryans, but I don't feel special because of it.
Our ancestors came here during the American Civil War.

They are the original nomadic tribes of Caucasian people who settled the regions of central and southwestern Asia that we now know as India, Pakistan, Iran, Afghanistan, etc.
Hitler misappropriated the term for his racist ideology. Although these peoples are, indeed, Caucasian, I'm sure they are not the "whites" he had in mind.
