Spray isn't environmentally friendly because it's aerosol. Personally, I prefer roll on, but stick is better if you are wearing something dark and don't want a deodorant line all over you after you get your shirt on.

Roll on, they still make that and spray well that is an aerosol a and that pollutes the air. So it would have to be stick deodorant.

Stick, but not solid white one cause that can leave stains on clothes. Spray is smelly, roll on is for homosexuals who pretend to use it for deodorant.

Stick in a no-brainer, roll on stays wet too long and spray is generally worse for the environment, I think.
