I do not ever run out of toilet paper I panick when i get to the last roll and run across the street to the dollar general and buy some but if I did run out I suppose I could either jump in the shower, use paper towels, use an old wash cloth, or maybe a napkin.

If your in the house by yourself, get off the toilet and run real quick to get some more tissue or if there is someone around ask if they can hand you a roll of tissue.

I always keep Kleenex tissues (or something similar thereof) in my bathroom for this reason. But I am very, very good at never running out of toilet paper. I buy the biggest supply I can before I run out. To me it is a staple, as important as eating! (Almost.)

Yell for someone. If no one's there, just get up, leave the bathroom, and get some paper...it doesn't have to be TP, it can be Kleenex. Better yet, store toilet paper under the sink or by the toilet so this fiasco doesn't have to happen again.

THat would never happen at my house, I am Obsessive Compulsive and keep it in stock by buying in bulk. But, if it may, I would waddle to the line closet for a roll. Or yell for my husband or kids to bring me a roll. If those are not possible then I would have to drip dry for #1 and use a baby wipe or wet wash cloth for #2 then throw it in the trash. I guess I have got it all figured out now. That's why you should always have extra. You will always need them. I hate going to people house and you have to ask for it or they don't have any. Ugh!

I never get "stuck in the bathroom" and i carry tissues on the regular. Just in case.

This is the reason guys bring reading material in the bathroom, it's a back up if there's no toilet paper.....

The spare rolls of toilet paper are in a cabinet almost within reach of the toilet.....soooo.....well, i won't *completely* overshare (for a change).....but i can usually get a roll without creating too much of an "incident".
(Hmmmm.....maybe i should leave a Sears catalog in there, just in case?)

Grab another toilet seat cover from the dispenser. If none available, just sit there for a bit and then go.
