This question has gone six weeks without an answer. A Yahoo search for "torch mobile homes" turned up no useful results. Best advice is to contact the manufacturer for instructions. The manufacturer should be identified on the name plate usually located either on the hitch part or in the area of the electrical panel of the mobile home.
