Do you mean the Phillipines as holiday destination or do you mean Philipinos living in Korea? I live in Korea and to be honest, most Koreans don't like foreigners very much especially those from China, Vietnam etc. I am a foreigner myself, married to a Korean and I have been living here for the last 4 years.
Korea is still a very conservative country. It's changing now but very slowly.

Well, most Koreans don't like Chinese people because they "smell". They don't like the Japanese because they invaded their country and are more advanced than they are at the moment. Of Filipinos, I've only heard them mention that they are nothing like them because Filipinos are brown. Koreans are a very proud people and don't like being confused with other Asians. Oh, also Koreans DO NOT like blacks! They are soo frighteningly scary when it comes to this! (2pts.)
