Try contacting companies that transport motorcycles. Check: http://www.movingindex.com/auto_transporters/motorcycle_transport/

Getting the motorcycle to the border in Washington according to MotorcycleShippers.com is $690.00. They show they transport on pallets on enclosed carriers.

I'm not 100% sure but I would think, depending on where you are moving from in NY, you would be able to get to the border for less than $800.

Good luck!

Ship from NY? Are you buying a bike from OCC? They are in New York.

It would cost a lot, given that there are insurance considerations to be thought of. You can probably work out the cost with the dealer or whomever. Unless this is an ebay transaction, then you're basically screwed.

If you don't mind putting miles on it, I'd be willing to ride it out for you. Will cost you a plane ticket from Vancouver to Toronto
