Why not use a dehumidifier??
The only other option I could think of is to keep the water from coming in, in the first place. The cheapest way to have that done is to bring in a company that will dig a trench around the INSIDE perimeter of the cellar, through the concrete. They go down about 8 inches and put a PVC pipe all the way around, and gravel over it, and at one point put a heavy-duty sump pump to pump out all the water that comes in. It works well, our basement was flooded & we had it done, and it's saved us from a lot more flooding this year. It was about half the cost of the other way, where you dig a trench around the perimeter of the house & put in the pipes, and much much less hassle. However that all depends on where the water is coming in. Your goal is to stop the water from coming in, because that is going to cause structural damage, and maybe even health problems from the mold. You need to talk to an expert.

We had recommended to us a radon vent. We use a dehumidifier. There is a product from the Improvements catalogue called lava rocks that absorb odors (we are using them and they seem to be working) Also, if your basement is that damp, you should check the downspouts outside the house. Maybe there is too much water hitting the foundation and keeping the basement wet. If rainwater is just running straight down the walls that could be your problem.

You can try some bags of charcoal they will absorb water and smell from the air. Replace every month but eventually you will need a dehumidifier. Use the charcoal until you can afford one (we all know what de humidifers cost).

Not a product, an appliance. You need a dehumidifier. Then just bleach.

You could try a dehumidifier. It will take the humidity out of the air and circulate it...

Install a small window fan in one basement window. Small so nobody can crawl thru if removed. Open a small hole at the other end and get a current of air going across the cellar.
After a week the mustiness will be gone. You are welcome.

Yeah, all you have to do is go buy a dehumidifier. I'm pretty sure you can buy them at your local hardware store. Good luck

I easily have used air dry and oven bake clay and had smiler problems with the air dry yet i placed my oven bake in bags and they maintain perpetually so my advice is purely employing oven bake. in case you fairly favor to apply air dry you ought to favor to attempt another manufacturers, I easily have used some that do not crack in any respect and others that continually crack.
