I think you sound great for the job. Everyone has at one time or another had no experience with a paticular job. They would be stupid not to let you be the manager.

Yep, but I'd get in somewhere and see if you can start low and work your way up to management now. Experience helps greatly, and unless someone is willing to take a big chance on your leadership skills, you probably won't be hired directly into management after graduation regardless of how many degrees you have or how wonderful you are. Employers want experience, even if it's only 6 months. Management is harder than you think.

I work in a restaurant, and my father is the manager, and when they hired him, that was a part of the requirements. Chances are, you will have to start on the waitstaff and work your way up, but your majors will help expedite the process.

Having a college education is a huge plus. Most companies have training programs for recent college graduates. You should try to intern for a company you are intersted in, or in the field you wish to enter. Check out Monster.com for any jobs for manager trainees companies offer. Also, post your resume there. Find out if your college has any career counselors. Good Luck!

You can get a job as trainee or parrt time and will get absorbed after successful completion of training period. During this period, you will get only pocket money, no responsibilities, no leaves and other perquisites.

Everyone has to start somewhere. You may have to work your way up, however. That's most likely, but you never know.
