My feet look kinda big to me when i look in the mirror they look huge but i dont have fat feet they are skinny and i have skinny ankles so could that make my feet look huge or is it just the way i look at them and they are not really huge cause i wear a 8 1/2 in shoes.

well u can do very little about your feet size so i wouldnt worry about it!

not that this is news but like i'm confused. what's your question? feet too big? feet are in general proportion to the body mass. sometimes the body & the feet aren't always a match but it's rare. you didn't state your height or weight, if you are over 5'6" and weigh in the neighborhood of 130-160 (pounds), you're size 8.5 shoe size looks regular to me. it shouldn't make too much difference if you're male or female but look at this in a positive light. there are more shoe selections & availability for the 8-11 shoe size than all others combined. it's a popular size.

Go to a real shoe store, not a WalMart. Ask the clerk there, for a person your size, what size shoe is average.
But what does it matter? Get something that feels comfortable and get a life.
A size 8 1/2 would be large if you weigh 67 lbs, but it would be way too small if you weigh 275.
Find something else to worry about. Get something that fits and let your feet be happy.

feet can swell from walking alot during the day or tight fit shoes. mirrors always show everything bigger. i haven't seen a mirror yet that doesn't tell the truth.

are you a girl or a guy, and how tall are you? it's all in relation to gender and height, big feet on a short girl are just that, big feet, but big feet on a tall girl is pretty natural, and the same refers to males
