If you are having trouble excepting the way you look perhaps you need to grome yourself more. Shave off all the "aging" facial hair you may have, get a more upto-date hair style, and get new clothes. When picking clothes the best choice is to pick a trendy teeshirt, something with old school cartoons are pretty good like old nicktoons, Family Guy, or the Simpsons. Make sure the shirt is FORM FITTING. Get either a pair of cargo pants, or a pair of form fitting jeans. A long sleeve button-up shirt can dress anything up, or dress it down by rolling up the sleeves.
If you wear glasses consider getting contact lenses. Most of all, work on your confedence! Try to find the best part about you is, and project that as you walk around. When speaking to ppl use a hearable voice, look foward, never look down, stand up straght, make eye contact, and smile.
By doing these things you'll feel more confednet, and improve your looks.

It depends on how a person feels. If they don't think you are ugly then you are not ugly. If they do think you are ugly then you still aren't ugly that's just wat that one person thought.It is all about how you feel about yourself. Just look at yourself in the mirror and say "Lookin Good Today Handsome!"
