Some kids' farts smell worse than the others.
I have 5 children. All have the same diet, all have the same gene pool. 2 of them will fart and the entire room will smell. My son's is so bad you'd think someone forgot to find an easter basket.
I still swear that mine don't stink - and it's those darn barking spiders that did it anyways.

If he is getting good food like broccoli, spinach, & beans. He will fart a lot and it will smell bad.

I don't know if this is a serious question or just some stupid question, but you could be over feeding him!
I know that for adults when they eat too much they stink too!
It might also be WHAT you are feeding him!

Farts are, seriously, your body's way of telling you there's something wrong with your insides.
Consult a good paediatrician immediately.

there might be too much fat in what he eats. my sister has a rare intestinal disorder and she doesnt digest regular fat at all and when she gets too much she can scare a grown man out of the room.
