She was caught cheating is why we filed seperation papaers. I have had mixed answers about if i can and what i can do to get her out.

If I leave the house, then the house will have to be sold because sher cant afford it. I put alot of effort into this house recently too.

You need to talk to an attorney.
In most states she has every right to be in her house (the marital house) until there is an settlement agreement and/or divorce.
Legally, you probably can't do anything to get her out, but, I don't know what state you are in (community property state or not) and I am not a lawyer. Because people cheat does not mean they have to give up their home or get a divorce. And what drove them to cheat is the question for the one cheated on!
If you don't want to live with her, then you leave. If she can't afford it, then I guess you have to make the payments. Pretty simple really.

The house belongs to you both even if you put in a whole hell of a lot. It gets divided in court - you'll have to sell it anyway so she can take her portion. If there are children involved you'll have to deal with that issue too - child support.

Jim maybe the only way would for you to leave instead of her. Mixed anwers about what? Is she saying she will leave then not? Maybe she is hoping to try one last time together. If your sure it is for sure about a divorce then move and leave her where she is.
