let the kids do whatever they want to do then they will keep asking for you to babysit and then you can get more money because you keep babysitting them

Depends on how old the kids are, and how many of them there are.
How well do the kids know you? And will this be 24-hour-a-day babysitting or just daytime sitting.
If it's the daytime variety and the kids are old enough, you can enrich their summer by enrolling them in swim classes, taking them on hikes, give them kayaking lessons, visit museums, pioneer villages, take in local fairs, music festivals, live theatre productions (or better yet, sign them up for a community drama course, and let them learn about performing) take in community days, involve them in some type of volunteer activity. (check with a local seniors' home -- they always have jobs for kids. The kids love it, and the seniors love having them there -- plus, kids are never too young to learn about being volunteers) -- I don't know where you live, but at least some of these activities, and probably many more, are available near you.
The best advice for keeping kids happy is to keep them busy. In four weeks time you could even plant a garden, spend time weeding and watering and have lettuce and radishes big enough to eat when your month is up -- and kids LOVE to eat things they've grown themselves.
Have fun with them. It could be a great time for all of you.

play lots of games with them....

--ADVENTURE GAMES
*Camping
you use an old bedsheet to put over your heads and you pretend that's your tent....also, do thinks like pretend there's a campfire with marshmallows and sing campfire songs and tell campfire stories....you can also create other adventures like monsters are coming or something like that...

*Swimming
you can use the female (4 year old) and tell her to pretend she's swimming.....(if allowed) ask her to pretend to swim on her bed while you take the bedsheet and flap it so it looks like waves....you can use the 2 year old as a shark so they can have fun together...

*Treasure-hunting
buy both of them a little toy and hide it....or get a little sack and fill it with coins and hide it....then make a map so they can find the treasure....build little obstacles around the way to make it fun....

--Read them books

--play the usual games

*hide and seek
*tag
*hand games
*color together
*origami
*make something
*etc...

hope this helps
