I am a senior accountant. I've never heard of SWAG, but we do use WAG... Wild A**ed Guess!!! I would have to go with Ogel and say Silly.
Now along with WAGs, we also use CYA folders!!!

Looks pretty similar to SWAK which means Sealed With A Kiss, so I'm gonna go with "Sealed With A Grope".
