i come all messy and my parents know i was in school when this happen but they don't care because it is the school rules to get messy.

a good hard smack in the mouth of the perpetrator always seems to do a good job with bullies, but if they persist then your teachers are required to provide assistance to you.
Bullies are really weak and sad creatures, just stand up to them and they will back off and try a lesser mortal to attack. H

that's the college regulations to get messy?! the place do you pass to college! anyhow, you may desire to possibly run away or cover at the back of a instructor (it quite is appropriate if the instructor doesnt word...)
