you can do lots of things!
for fun - get involved in some community events, take some free classes at local community colleges or something similar to enhance your skills, you can always keep learning. Plus, its a great way to meet new people.
Take up a hobby, or learn to play a musical instrument. Find something that you can become really passionate about, and then you wont even want to be on the computer at all!!!

Read a book.

Exercise.

Volunteer to help others (Big Brother, Big Sister, at the Library as a book reader to children, or as a teacher, etc.)

Head out to a coffee house (anywhere but Starbuck's) and mingle.

Take in a local play or go to a gallery opening.

Anything to re-connect with society.

Give computer lessons. Find out various ways to help people. Make your place look and feel beautiful. Learn a new skill. Read several books. Write letters to people who don't have a computer. Fix something you are talented enough to fix.

Sign up for classes; volunteer to tutor kids at the local school; volunteer at the local hospital; paint; sculpt; start a dog walking business; read; become a day trader and become filthy rich and say in a news-magazine interview how you got the idea from here.

(That's just to get you started this week. Let us know if you need more ideas for next week.)

Go to your local library and borrow a few good books! I used to sit outside with a cup of coffee and read every morning until the weather made it too hot for me to deal with. Now I use Yahoo! all the time. Go figure.

You can start excersizing, of course if you get the hang over it, you'll enjoy it and start doing it more often, get more socialized, and get a new hobby, such as me, I started chess, and started to play it more and more ever since, replacing many hours that I would be on the computer.
