I live near Cincinnati and there has been a recent advertisement on tv for a shoe store and all of the shoes are $39.99. I can't remember the name of it and I have asked everyone. Does anyone know??? Please help!

You haven't given us much information here.
I don't even watch television.
But my guess is a place like DSW Shoe warehouse, which has even lower prices, or Burlington Coat Factory, or Value City Department Store, or Stein Mart, or, uh, Macy's or Kmart or another mall department store like that. Good luck.
