While all of these players are great (with the exception of chris paul, who is good...) but while i hate to say it Kobe should probably be considered the best. He does all that he does with nobdy helping him out. Everyone else on this list has a cast of player that fill supporting roles making it easier on the said player. Kobe does not have this luxury (any more) so he should be considered the 'best.'

...go spurs...

Chris paul doesnt deserve to be mentioned in the same sentence with kobe, lebron, nash, and wade .. Magic's, Jameer nelson is better than him along with a bunch other underrated players...

best player .. hmm .. well if i was building my team and i had to choose from one of them .. i'd go with Nash good UNSELFISH veteran ballplayer that is a big influence of why the players he's playing with are so good .. but best overall .. the man every team want .. Lebron .. Kobe's a ball hog .. Wade is my next pick .. although nash is the most valuable to a team he's not the best .. heres my order
1. Lebron James
2. Dwayne Wade
3. Steve Nash
4.Kobe Bryant
5.Paul Pierce
6.Chris Paul

KoBe #1
Labron give it 2 more year,
Wade - wait until shaq leaves, then you will see
Paul Pierce - like iverson, alone...
Steve Nash - #1 team player, perfect pure point guard
Chris Paul - he has one good season so far

I'd say you gotta say, good at what? Because each of them has certain things that they can do well. As an athlete I'd say Kobe Bryant. As a team player Steve Nash. As an exciting player they all do a good job at it, so at that point it gets to personal preferences. I personally, like watching Kobe play because his one on in isolation impresses me to beyond belief, and I witnessed his 81 point game, and that just did wonders.

Kobe Bryant. His combination of unstoppable offense and incredible defense is unmatched by anyone else in the NBA right now. Lebron James will probably become a better player than him, but right now it's still Kobe.
