Your question is very broad and you definitely cannot immediately compose a concept paper from people whose background is varied and whose ideas are diversified.
Because you seem to like Disneyland and maybe Walt Disney and as such had more knowledge on how he created Disneyland perhaps you can start from there. You just create a linkage of your field of study with your favorites and you can have your concept paper on hand for submission.

The 'NEW' concept of avoiding procrastination, through proper planning, adequate sleep, and good rest, along with proper nutrition, and repetitive breaks for exercise!
Or, the concept of failing in all your plans to be 'somebody', because you cannot accept responsibility! BTW, how will you pay back your parents, for all the money they've spent on your education, that you are squandering?

Yeah, why don't you write about the concept of why it's in everyone to naturally want to sin. Sin by definition is the transgression of the law.
