It is the most popular sport in the world. Can't argue with that. I'm more of a boxing fan and an American football kinda guy, but I like the occasional soccer game.

ALL OF THE ABOVE. As for "FOOTBALL" being a "poor man's game" is outright stupid. Same could be said for "Baseball", "Basketball", American "Football", "Hockey", etc... While "poor people" are making it to the big leagues and kicking a$$ at the World Cup, "rich people like "ledouxg" and "Pancakes" are sitting their "FAT A$$ES" in front of a TV set playing "2006 World Cup Football" in their X-boxes, or playstations wishing and pretending they're anything close to those "poor bastards"

its the greatest sport on earth cus its the best!! the players in soccer have to run for 90 minutes (sometimes even more) and they have to be in shape just like every true athlete should be... what about the sooo called "athletes" of many other sports?! American football for example... bunch of fat ppl running around for 15 minutes with breaks and changes every few minutes!!!!

world sport this doesnt have place for wars, this has a power to be in unity and also is the biggest sport where you run with out pads or getting hit like a crash dummy (like football)
