Nice hotel millions.

Really nice hotel, many millions.

Location is also a major factor.

Look up a really nice hotel that changed hands recently, the news will tell you about what it sold for.

Certainly at least 3 million but there are lots of factors. What do you call 'nice?' What amenities? What location?

You are probably needing more like $10 million.

few million, It also depends on how many rooms you have in your hotel, what are the facilities offered, if you choose the best supply and amenities, the cost will even higher.
