It's not correct German but the transliteration of a regional dialect. I would say probably Rhineland dialect from around Cologne or Düsseldorf. It means:
"You don't have seven beers, yet? Oh, sometimes one writes it down wrong and doesn't realize it."

I can only help you with the second part. It means:
Well, sometimes you miss spell something and do not even realize it.
The first part could mean:
You do not have seven beers?
I am a native German, but this is not German ;-). It is a dialect. Spelled like it sounds but not proper German.

It is definitely from around Cologne/Düsseldorf, but 'beir' doesn't ring a bell to me ... and beer would be bier .. otherwise it's what has been said here before

sieben is 7 in German. Perhaps the spelling was wrong, but it may mean "You don't have 7 beers yet"

the speeling is wrong .. my german is poor so i cant help... write it in the right spelling than i can help..
