Very difficultly. Usually, the animals for movies and such are owned from when they are puppies by professional animal trainers. It's not the look, it's also socialization and tricks they know. Also, for most situations, the trainer has several animals that look identical. This is because some may be better at sitting, others at doing a certain trick, and so on.
