I don't get it!! I work in a shoe store and people keep rushing in breathlessly asking for these things. They look like $5 shoes and cost over $30 and people are relieved to dish out that money for these butt-ugly things. You should see their faces once they get their hands on them!!! Am I the only one who thinks this is just nuts?!

I don't get it, where's the cussing?

I did not say the people were ugly, pay attention. I said the shoes were ugly. I don't think God ever made ugly.

It's beyond my comprehension why anybody would chose to wear such ugly, clunky plastic footwear in public or anywhere for that matter. Besides, being plastic, they've got to make your feet sweat. Downright the least flattering fashion trend of the decade!

Ugliest Crocs

I don't think they are the most attractive, but they certainly aren't the shoes of just the summer. They've been around for years and have been popular for years too. You say the people who buy them are ugly, yet I saw a picture in an article of Heather Locklear wearing a pair, and other celebrities. Heck, there was a woman on America's Top Model who wore them all the time. Does that mean those women were ugly? I guess you set your standards too high, or are just too blind to notice beautiful people wearing them.

THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!

I will admit that I have a knockoff pair that I wear to mow the yard & do stuff around the house, because if they get wet or dirty they're easier to clean than sneakers. And they're good for people with foot injuries, or nurses who have always had to wear ugly shoes anyway. But I wouldn't be caught DEAD wearing those @$$-ugly things in public!! I have coworkers who do, one in particular who likes to wear her navy blue Crocs with black tights and a tie-dye dress...where are the fashion police when I need them??

Sorry for the rant, but I agree, brightly colored plastic shoes are for toddlers, not adults who should know better!

They're cheap-looking AND ugly, but without the cussing. (The Crocs flip-flops look cute, though.

No. I thought so too until I tried on the crocs flip-flops. slightly less ugly and pricey, but so comfy and I wear them every day.
