Yes, but only if she runs first as the vice presidential candidate. Too many people will be unwilling to vote for a woman (don't know why!) but if she has undeniable white house experience it would ease the way for her.

No; I think the American public is too resistant to change. Also, I think it is impossible for one American President to be more than one woman and hence women.

Definitely. I'm sure she'll be hard *** though. I definitely don't think that a woman should be elected just because there is a woman running though. They should be the best person for the job and I think there are several around that could be awesome in the position.

We already had one. She served 8 years, from 1/20/1993 to 1/20/2001.
But Bill gets all the credit.

Yes, but I think the 1st one will be a conservative Republican or independent simply because she will not be associated with the feminist movement. If this question has Sen. Clinton in mind, I think her feminist past will come back to haunt her just as John Kerry's antiwar past did, fairly or unfairly.

I would hope that we as Americans would be open minded enough to be willing to elect a woman, or a person from any minority group. Sadly, I think we are a long way off.

Absolutely. It's only a matter of time. However, she will have to find some way to deal or overcome a problem women have - they don't come across as firm, they come across as bitchy or whiny. I worked with female attorneys, and the same thing applied to them as well.

Probably, but it will likely not be Hillary Clinton. She isn't widely accepted throughout mainstream America. A woman would have to be more moderate to get elected.
