If he say,takes a swing at a player or pushes him with out little or no provocation? Has anyone ever seen this,by the way?High school,college or pro? Please elaborate if you can.

If an umpire were the type to get this angry with a player or coach...he wouldn't be calling games very long.

I've never seen it, or anything like it. Besides, if a coach, player or fans of that team has so little respect for an umpire, they will quickly find out that upseting the person(s) in charge of officiating the game they're competing in doesn't help with close calls, particularly borderline pitches.

I've never seen it happen. Probably because the ump knows he'd be outta there faster than he can say "you're outta here".
Also, he wouldn't want to risk starting a fight with someone holding a bat unless he had a death wish!

No umpire in my recollection in professional sports has ever done such a thing.

uhh he'll lose his job .. umpires are trained to take a verbal betting with out taking it personally and doing sumthin they'll regret later
