If you've been to a gynecologist or urologist, and they can't find anything, I'm sure no one on here is going to be able to help you. Well, at least I'm not, sorry. :( But I would try going back to your OB/GYN or urologist if you're still having problems. Is this after having sexual intercourse or using tampons? [if you're female] It could be due to some slight inflammation. Oh, and if you are having sexual intercourse with a latex condom, I'd try using a latex-free one, as that could be causing the problem.

Maybe it's something new you are using like a new soap or washing powder, this could be irritating that area. Or it could have something to do with your diet or not keeping hydrated through out the day.

it could be related to your diet. Do you drink a lot of sodas or do have alot of sugar? it could be a yeast infection or kidney stones.

Have you had a yeast infection recently. You may be sore from that and it stings when you pee.
