If you go to a university then you will be diving straight in,at universities it is hard to get individual help from professors. At a college the amount of students to a class are smaller.

A university and a college are on the same level, scholastically. The difference is the amount of departments that each offers. A university offers a large variety of majors and minors, while a college does not offer as many. Also, universities are linked with other universities and often share books and sometimes even professors and classes. You should choose the school to attend by looking at the majors it offers it's students.

You are perhaps from a different country than the US, but colleges and universities are on the same par here in regards to academics. One rarely attends both unless getting an advanced degree.

Ha! That's funny... I know you didn't really mean it but I think going to a University and then a Com. College is probably not what you want to do! Though, I do have a few friends who did that... not by choice of course ;) I do recommend going to college first though. it's cheaper and you can get most of your gen. ed. out of the way there.

if you mean community college or university, it depends. just go your own reaserch. for me i think community college first is better.
its a little more simple especially if you r just out oh high school also its about 1/2 the price compare to state university for the exact same course.
