Yes, just make sure you get up at least once and hour and walk to the bathroom and stretch your legs for bloodflow. People should do this even if they aren't pregnant, but just do not sit in once position for a long period of time.
I flew when I was over 7 months several times and this is what the doctor told me to do.

Yes. However, you have to know that the chances of miscarriage during the first 12 weeks are very high and there is nothing you can do to minimize those chances. I tell you this not to scare you, but so that you never blame yourself if something happens.
By the way, I will be taking an 11 hour flight, followed a couple hours later by a 4 hour flight, followed a few hours later by a 1.5 hour flight when I'm in my 8th month (32 weeks). It's either that, or deliver my child in China, and my husband insists that I should be in the US with doctors he trusts. He's right. If anything went wrong during childbirth, I don't think they could address it as well here as back home. I've researched it, and it seems there is no real risk to the pregnancy, though there is greater risk at that stage for the mother to develop clots in her veins, so I'll be taking a shot to prevent clotting.

Safe... yes. Comfortable to be stuck on a plane for that long... not really!! Us army wives have to do this kind of thing all the time. I flew from Germany to CA and back in the first few months of my pregnancy. Be sure to have plenty of water on the flight, avoid the soda's if you can. Moving around to keep the blood flowing in your legs is also a very important thing to keep in mind.

Yes it's very safe, when you have to worry is if you've had complications in the past with pregnancy and travel. You might not want to do it constantly while your pregnant but random trips are ok. If you're still afraid, just ask your doctor if you're fit to travel.
