Of course there is unfairness. It might start, sadly, at home. Parents don't treat every child the same, but then every child doesn't treat their parents the same! Right? Then in school, teachers don't treat every student the same, or every class the same, etc. This is so through college. And work? Same thing. Name one boss that treats everyone the same. How can they? They have VPs who they would treat differently than some secretary or whatnot. So what is fair? That someone gives someone a cookie in front of you and you don't get one? A birthday party for one person at work and you don't get one? A baby shower? We have to ignore these things and move on... or as I love to say, "Rise above it!"

Of course there is unfairness I see it almost everyday in school the jocks always get everything handed to them and they get all the girls just because they can play some sport and don't take me wrong I love sports I enjoy watching hockey,soccer,F1 Racing,Rally Racing, and other sports and I'm not a nerd but I just don't think it's fair that while these guys get everything handed to them there are people who have to study and work hard to earn these things see I just showed you an example of unfairness the best thing you can do usually is ignore it but if you can and this is what I have tried another thing is take a stand and fight for what you believe is fair. HOPE I HELPED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In order to deal with unfairness, you have to become tolerant. There is no way to change someone else, and, consequently, there will always be unfairness.
What you can change is how you deal with it. Mother Theresa spent her life helping one person at a time, one breath at a time ; that's how she dealt with it. You can make a greater impact in the world with love than with being frustrated. I hope you do. Good Luck !
