some do!! I met my wife online 5yrs ago and I am very happily married. I traveled from Texas to Wisconsin to be with her and we have a great relationship. Get to know the person well before meeting them in person. Then meet at a neutral place.We talked ,e-mailed and sent pics and got to know alot about each other for six months before we even officially met..then it was another six months before we decided that we wanted to be together forever. Be careful though,some can be weird. Good Luck!! Oh yea,by the way, we are also a Bi-racial couple!!! So anything is possible. The answer is good communication and listen to each other.

The important thing as a Christian is to find someone of like mindset.
2 Corinthians 6:14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?
Someone you cannot physically see might be saying anything to get to you.Do not engage in this.Trust that Christ will find you the right person if it is His will.

Yes. Love knows no boundaries. Give more time communicating with each other and discuss things that will build up your relationship. Be true to each other and don't lie. It will work out.

Just as much or as little as other relationships. It depends on how real and how much the people care about each other and how willing they are to have a relationship.

Interracial relationships do work out, but it really depends on the individuals. Although they are a little more challenging, they can work.
